Our Corporate and Commercial team is ranked in Chambers UK and the Legal 500 and is amongst the strongest corporate and commercial teams in North Yorkshire. Due to increased levels of M&A activity and other corporate and commercial matters we are advising on, for new and existing clients, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join this dynamic team.
We are looking for an experienced lawyer, who will enjoy working cohesively with colleagues and will also have the ability and confidence to work independently, when required. Importantly, the successful candidate will share our vision and commitment by consistently delivering high quality work for a wide range of clients.
The successful candidate will be working within a fast paced, high performing environment with the support of an experienced and collaborative team. The ability to contribute as a team player (both within the team and the wider firm) will be an essential quality for any candidate, given Raworths’ culture and our cohesive and collegiate approach.
You will be working on acquisitions and disposals of companies and their businesses, corporate group restructurings, equity investments and shareholder agreements, share option schemes and a variety of other corporate matters. Any experience or interest in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts would also be beneficial and positively received.
