Katie is a solicitor in our Trust, Wills and Estates unit. She has experience dealing with a wide range of private client matters including the preparation of simple and more complex Wills including trusts, the administration of estates ranging from smaller estates to those involving Inheritance Tax and Business Property Relief and the creation and administration of trusts, including the administration of charitable trusts. Katie also has experience dealing with Court of Protection matters including Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications.
