Increasingly, funding solutions involve a combination of features (including both debt and equity), from traditional secured lending, short and medium term lending and peer to peer lending, through to finance from angel investors, syndicated investors and private equity. We have a depth of experience and knowledge of dealing with these types of investment transactions and have extensive contacts in the finance community with banks, asset based lenders, corporate finance intermediaries, individual angel investors and private equity houses.
