Sally has a wide range of experience in all aspects of employment law. She regularly guides clients through disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy and re-structure processes and handles a wide range of Employment Tribunal claims. On the non-contentious side, Sally drafts contractual and policy documentation and advises on their implementation. She also regularly presents seminars to clients and their line managers on a variety of practical topics and changes to employment law.
