We are experienced in acting for high street banks as well as other financial institutions, venture capitalists, and family funders. We act for clients who require funding for both single property acquisitions and those with large property portfolios, as well as advising on re-financing deals. Most lenders have strict requirements that must be met, and complex documentation which impose obligations and restrictions on you and/or your business. We are on a number of bank’s panels and understand their requirements.
